TBS, Landscape Architects, Dublin

TBS is a leading landscape architecture, urbanism and landscape planning practice that serves both the public and private sectors. Established in 2004 and based in Malahide, Co. Our aim is to create sustainable places for people to enjoy and value as places to live, work and visit.

The practice ethos places sustainable design as a pivotal and integral part of the planning and development process. As designers, we work in close collaboration with architects, planners, engineers and ecologists amongst other design team professionals on a wide range of project types including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, public realm, leisure, tourism and the energy and resources sectors.

Planning Permission for Shelbourne Road

Planning permission was recently obtained from DCC for IPC House Shelbourne Road. The design proposal for both Shelbourne Lane and Shelbourne Plaza is based on the concept of space sharing and offers a clearly structured space primarily for pedestrians. A contemporary water element within Shelbourne Plaza contributes to improving the quality of the space and establishes a strong identity for the new district.
