Kerry European Innovation Centre, Co. Kildare

TBS were engaged by Kerry Group as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assist RKD in the design of the new Kerry European Innovation Centre in Naas. TBS provided a full design service from planning through to successful completion. The large landscape orientated campus style site accomodates a workforce of 1500 and the brief required an innovative and sustainable design approach to both the design and future management of the campus.

The design provided for both passive and recreation facilities, a feature lake (to include for fire fighting), stream and ground modelling, within an attractive setting. The use of native trees, and native grasses, energy efficient lighting, surface water management assisted in the project achieving a LEED silver rating.
