Planning Permission for Shelbourne Road

Planning permission was recently obtained from DCC for IPC House Shelbourne Road. The design proposal for both Shelbourne Lane and Shelbourne Plaza is based on the concept of space sharing and offers a clearly structured space primarily for pedestrians. A contemporary water element within Shelbourne Plaza contributes to improving the quality of the space and establishes a strong identity for the new district.
